- What do we do? Zeilmakerij SailSelect processes the data provided by the User via a contact form or email by storing and retaining the name, email address, and telephone number. In addition, Zeilmakerij SailSelect collects technical data and personal data through cookies, including the IP address. - Purposes The Data Controller collects and processes the personal data of the User for the following purposes:
a) Sending newsletters;
b) Responding to User’s inquiries submitted via the contact form or otherwise to Zeilmakerij SailSelect;
c) Technical reasons, such as website optimization;
d) Purposes stated in the cookie policy, including creating a profile about the User to determine User’s online browsing behavior and preferences;

- Legitimate Interests of the Data Controller Responding to inquiries is part of the regular business activities of Zeilmakerij SailSelect. Additionally, the Data Controller would like to keep the User informed of news articles, among other things, through the newsletter. The User’s personal data is not shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes on behalf of these third parties. The servers of Zeilmakerij SailSelect are located in the Netherlands. Zeilmakerij SailSelect only provides the User’s personal data to other third parties when required by law, such as supervisory authorities, tax authorities, and law enforcement agencies.
