The most versatile downwind sail for all boats

Code Cruising sail

Modern yachts typically have short, non-overlapping or even self-tacking headsails. These are effective when sailing close to the wind. However, they are not efficient for reaching or running courses. To maintain speed, enjoyment, and competitiveness, Rolly Tasker Sails has developed a versatile cruising sail in addition to gennakers, spinnakers, and code zeros.

The Code C (Cruising) is a combination of a Code 0 and an asymmetrical spinnaker, designed for wind angles ranging from 65 to 135 degrees. It can even be used wing-on-wing up to 180 degrees, offering a wide wind range. Additionally, this sail is furled on its own furler, making it as easy to handle as a roller genoa. A straight luff with a Dyneema Anti-Torsion line ensures smooth furling and unfurling.

The Code C can be custom-made in lightweight polyester fabric or heavier spinnaker fabric (Nylon). In addition to the made-to-measure sails, this versatile sail is also available in standard sizes and colors at very competitive prices.
